                                    ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

                                                SEPTEMBER 28, 2012

10:00 A.M.      Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B. Gorden,

                        Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur.

1. The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2013 applications for

Exemption for the owners of the following parcels:

            Parcel  51-1     Clause 41A     Granted

            Parcel  59-36   Clause 41A     Granted

2. The Board reviewed a letter from attorneys representing Verizon New

England requesting an abatement on their Fiscal year 2009 account. The

Board decided to wait until after the 10/9/2012 pretrial conference on the matter at the Appellate Tax Board before deciding what to do.

3. The Board reviewed proposed Fiscal Year 2013 real estate assessments.

The Board will further examine some update related documents at home during the next week. If there are no further issues during that time then we will finalize our FY 2013 real estate assessments.

4. The Board decided to hold their next meeting at 10:00 A.M. on Monday,

October 15, 2012
